We always are happy to help when customers need to furniture moved, whether it is a new home, a renovation, floor replacement or whatever the reason may be. In this case the new home’s wall configuration was different so we also rebuilt the furniture for a new ceiling height and made it wider to provide more bookshelves.
This design features a RBF42 Dimplex fireplace with herringbone pattern brick surrounded by a classic mantel design. The white entertainment center has arches and LED lights that shine through the wood front glass shelves.
We love how this custom entertainment center turned out. The contrasting stone with the stained wood complements each other. The fluted columns and traditional mantel combined with the straight crown create a transitional look that give this piece of furniture a classic yet modern look.
We built a wall unit starting at the left wall, leaving enough room on the right for switches. The base is deeper with larger doors for optimal storage. The TV panel is reclaimed wood we processed and applied a seal coat on without adding any stain or color, this is the natural color of the approximately one hundred year old reclaimed wood!
The full wall entertainment center we built from wall to wall and to the ceiling uses a molding profile on the shelves that closely resembles the chair molding in the home. The crown profile is extra tall and every open display section is lit with LED puck lighting. All this combined with the XLF74 fireplace makes for a piece of furniture that certainly makes a statement!
