Our Process
Custom furniture design tailored to your needs and vision
The best way to start the process is to provide us with some information on your project. We look for a picture of the area, dimensions of the area, and if possible some kind of inspiration picture that helps illustrate style and functionality. Based on this information we can provide a budget range for your project.
The next step is to meet with our designer Daniel to discuss the project. You can meet with him either in the showroom, in home or virtually. At this time, Daniel would review the space and refine the design. The designer will complete a detailed drawing for the project and provide pricing.
Once you decide to proceed with the project, you will get the opportunity to select the color, hardware, door style, crown and other design options. If you have met with Daniel in our showroom, field measurements would be completed at your home (as needed). Once all the options have been selected and the deposit is received, shop drawings are completed for the manufacturing process to begin.
During the manufacturing process, your project moves through different stations. Each station has a dedicated employee who works on key components of each unit.
When the unit is getting near completion, Sarah or Daniel will schedule the delivery and installation of the unit. This allows the unit to be inspected prior to being loaded onto the delivery truck.
We have a team of in-house installers; they are able to complete the installation in just a few hours (for most units). The unit will be fully built when it comes to the client’s home; your area will need to be cleared out ahead of time so our installers can install your new furniture.
